General remarks

We are structured.

We have a plan, we know what the next steps are, we are on top of things and we document transparently. We’re experienced in running projects, so rest assured that we’ll get there.

We work in a participative process.

Participative means that everyone was asked and had the chance to contribute in the format they like, on a voluntary basis. We update regularly and in the format useful to create true engagement.

We work outcome oriented.

We have our goal in mind and of course allow healthy brainstorming, but no endless conversations about opinions. Time is precious and output counts, we deliver in time and quality.

We are sustainable

Sustainability is an elementary component of our way of working. We don’t show up for a short consultancy project and then duck out again. Instead, we accompany our customers in the long term and provide support throughout the entire implementation process to ensure greatest possible benefit.

We are facilitators

It is your company and your Culture Code. We can orchestrate, motivate, organize and inspire, but the input and ideas are coming from your colleagues. We help bringing them to life.

Your Culture Journey

Our main service is to develop - together with you and your team - your own culture code and to especially make sure the culture is engrained and lived each day. We follow a three-step process within the first year:
